Welcome to Eldorado Primary Care, a primary health care clinic in southeastern Illinois. Our two family physicians, three mid-level providers, a licensed clinical social worker and our support staff provide health care services to all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Since 2001, Eldorado Primary Care (EPC) has been dedicated to serving the health care needs of area patients. Eldorado Primary Care opened in February 2001 and expanded in 2005 and again in 2015 to meet the community’s needs.

Patient Care
We provide outpatient health care services for all age groups, from newborn to geriatric, with two physicians and three mid-levels. With one provider, two physician assistant, and one mid-level, we provide behavioral health services to adults and children.
Radiology Services
Our radiology department has a radiological technologist on staff that performs non-invasive digital x-rays. The x-ray unit is centrally located for easy access for patients and to better service the clinic. All x-rays are available for viewing by the ordering physician at time of visit.
Laboratory
Our lab is ready to serve your diagnostic needs during routine clinic hours. The lab is fully Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) accredited and provides clinical lab services and support for a wide range of age-specific groups, including pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
The clinic provides lab services for patients with orders from any physician. Experienced phlebotomists will collect your specimen and perform tests on-site. Department of Transportation and non-DOT drug testing is also available on site with a medical review officer on staff.
Comprehensive testing such as chemistry, hematology, serology, coagulation and microbiology will be performed at the Harrisburg Medical Center lab by registered and skilled technical professionals.
Accelerated Therapy Center
The Accelerated Therapy Center is a comprehensive rehab department that offers physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational therapy, and work hardening and conditioning.

Bone Health Clinic
The Bone Health Clinic at Eldorado Primary Care is a one of a kind program that addresses the specific needs of individuals at risk for bone health conditions. We are the first facility in Southern Illinois area with a caregiver certified as a Fractured Liaison Specialist (FLS). Amy Quinn, FNP-C, is specially trained to identify at risk individuals and offer customized treatment plans based on proven advancements in osteoporosis care and prevention. She will provide you with exceptional care, counseling and treatment plans as you embark your journey to bone health wellness.
